Repair policy

At our salon, we understand that accidents happen. That’s why every service comes with a 7-day warranty policy – so you can rest easy knowing any problems are covered free. Should your gel polish chip or peel off, we will do a touch-up or re-polish to bring it back to the original condition and make sure you’re happy. If there is an issue with acrylic nails (e.g., chipping, lifting, breaking), then they’ll be happily repaired at no extra cost as well! Note: Color changes, nail shape changes, and new designs require payment for another full set application process as this isn’t considered repair work but more so aesthetic change requests instead. We believe in providing the best service and want you to be happy with your manicure/pedicure that lasts long after you leave.
